Job summary

Royal City Bell, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in daily restaurant operations in Lincoln, Nebraska. The AGM will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of developing future leaders, with at least 2 years of leadership in food service and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, speak and write English proficiently.
• ServSafe certification and health card compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely task completion and QA standards.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers for guest focus.
• Prioritize safety and OSHA compliance throughout operations.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and development plans.
• Support GM to hit financial and guest satisfaction goals.
