CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Brandon, FL to lead restaurant operations alongside the General Manager and Area Leader. You’ll plan store actions, drive financial results, and develop hourly Team Members through coaching and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and feedback.
• Support scheduling and staffing; address Team Member issues.
• Improve guest experience and customer satisfaction; uphold service standards.
• Help prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics.
