CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader in store action plans, financial metrics, and developing hourly Team Members. You will support scheduling, labor, and inventory to maintain profitability while delivering exceptional hospitality.

As a leader, you will uphold CAVA's standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety, coaching teams to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and develop solutions to enhance restaurant performance.
• Ability to manage financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and feedback.
• Support the General Manager with scheduling and staffing.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Enhance guest experience by upholding high service standards.
• Lead initiatives to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Model excellent customer service for the team.
