Border Foods LLC invites applications for an Assistant Manager who will lead the restaurant team, uphold CORE values, and drive safe, friendly service. The role focuses on operation of the entire restaurant, profitability, and staff development in a fast-paced Taco Bell franchise environment.

The position requires a minimum of 1 year in restaurant or retail, flexibility for varied hours, a ServeSafe certification, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management; expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong, capable team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
• Lead scheduling, labor, inventory, and cost controls.
• Maintain food safety standards and compliance with laws.
• Coach and develop Team Members and Shift Leaders.
• Represent Border Foods in customer interactions and resolve issues.
