Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in daily restaurant operations in Nevada. You will lead shifts, coach teams, and uphold brand standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Role emphasizes training, staffing, and financial performance, with a strong focus on safety, health compliance, and customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership across shifts.
Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
ServSafe Certification required and health card current.
Reliable transportation and clear background check with MVR.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts to complete tasks on time while ensuring quality.
Coach and motivate team members and shift managers.
Prioritize health, safety and OSHA compliance.
Train and develop future leaders with feedback.
Assist GM with staffing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Support restaurant financial goals and customer experience.
Provide GM with operational support as needed.
