Job summary

DRG Meats LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations in North Las Vegas, NV. The AGM will lead shifts, coach teams, ensure safety compliance, and assist in hiring and onboarding under the guidance of the GM and Area leadership.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in a restaurant, ServSafe certification, English proficiency, and a 45-hour work week with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• Must read, speak, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks while upholding brand standards.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members and shift managers.
• Prioritize safety and compliance with OSHA regulations and health requirements.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development in collaboration with the GM.
• Support the GM in achieving restaurant financial goals and customer satisfaction.
