Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for Taco Bell locations in Kansas City, MO. The AGM will support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, coach team members, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation and clear background check.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety, ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Train and develop leaders, assist in creating development plans, provide feedback.
• Collaborate with GM to identify staffing needs and onboard new hires.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Deliver 5-star service to customers and maintain satisfaction.
• Assist GM in managing restaurant operations.
