Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for a Taco Bell location in Grain Valley, MO. The AGM will support the GM, lead shifts, coach team members, ensure brand standards, and uphold safety and quality across operations.

Key responsibilities include guest service excellence, onboarding and development of staff, interviewing candidates with the GM, and helping meet financial targets while maintaining a 45-hour work week with flexible availability including

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Lead shifts and complete tasks with quality assurance.
• Team Leadership: Coach and motivate team members and shift managers.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure OSHA regulations and health & safety standards.
• Training & Development: Help develop leadership potential and feedback.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: Assist GM in staffing and onboarding new hires.
• Financial Performance: Support GM in achieving financial goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver 5-star service and customer satisfaction.
• General Manager Support: Assist GM in restaurant operations.
