Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have restaurant leadership experience on multiple shifts.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification and maintain health card per local/state rules.
• Must have reliable transportation and clear background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure OSHA regulations are followed.
• Train and develop individuals for leadership roles and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with GM on staffing, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service and assist GM in operations management.
