Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach sales specialists, oversee daily operations, manage merchandising and inventory, set goals, and partner with the General Manager to ensure store performance and a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or wireless industry preferred.
• Leadership or management experience in a commissions-based environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and develop sales specialists one-on-one to raise performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and security.
• Set daily/weekly goals and monitor progress with the store leader.
• Ensure staffing, training, and development plans align with company standards.
