Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a General Manager to shape the guest experience and exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence. You will train and develop your Assistant General Manager, lead a high-performance team, and drive the business through effective scheduling, coaching, and store operations.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring customer satisfaction and team engagement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
