Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Claypool, AZ to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and team leadership. You’ll train, coach, and recognize your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

You’ll handle GM's absence, drive P&L, cash controls, inventory, labor management, and health and safety, with a focus on equity and belonging. The role includes a 50-hour work week and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and coach a diverse team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with P&L management and cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee team adherence to Shift Excellence and uphold food safety standards.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Collaborate with the GM on team performance feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
