Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assists with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Strong communication, coaching, and performance appraisal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee team adherence to Shift Excellence, food safety, and Core Excellence.
• Take charge in GM's absence and drive restaurant performance.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coach team members on performance.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring team members with equity and inclusion.
• Support P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financials and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
