Taco Bell in Sahuarita, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, train and coach teammates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role includes daily operations in the GM’s absence, driving performance through recognition, hiring support, and ensuring health and safety standards are consistently followed. Competitive base pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control, inventory, and labor procedures.
• Ensure training and resources for all employees.
• Promote equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.
• Strong communication for performance appraisals and training.
• Adhere to corporate policies and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Model the MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence responsibilities and food safety standards.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM’s absence.
• Provide ongoing feedback and address employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control and inventory.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
