Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is hiring an Assistant General Manager in the United States. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, train and coach team members, and model brand standards to deliver great customer experiences. Expect a 50-hour work week and leadership opportunities in daily operations when the GM is absent.

You'll drive performance, emphasize food safety, conduct performance reviews, and help recruit and develop talent while upholding Taco Bell's culture and values.

Qualifications

3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor.
