• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Ensure employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell’s culture and values, promoting equity and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence, maintain high food safety standards and Core excellence.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Collaborate with the GM on performance assessment and feedback.
• Address employee relations issues and escalate when necessary.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, fostering equity and inclusion.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
