Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example, train, coach, and recognize staff, especially during GM absence, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to safety and financial controls.

The role features a 50-hour work week, competitive base pay, incentive opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure proper training and resources for all employees.

Responsabilités

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold Core Excellence.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed.
