Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations in the restaurant and to mentor and develop the team. You will train, coach, recognize performance, and uphold brand standards while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage in the GM's absence, support with P&L and labor planning, and drive continuous improvement across operations, safety, and customer service. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience with P&L management and labor control.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee team, uphold food safety standards and Core excellence; cover GM in his/her absence.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring while promoting equity and belonging.
• Support with Profit & Loss, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
