Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and guide daily operations. You will train and coach the team, uphold brand standards, manage P&L aspects, and recruit top talent while ensuring health, safety, and customer satisfaction. Expect a 50-hour week with 40 regular and 10 overtime hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the GM's absence and drive the team toward excellence.
• Train, coach, and recognize team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee shift responsibilities, food safety, and core operational standards.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring efforts to attract top talent.
• Assist with profit and loss management, cash control, inventory, and labor planning.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
