Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to provide operating-hour coverage, supervise restaurant operations, and model best practices for a high-volume unit in Washington.

The AGM directly trains staff, handles guest service needs, and ensures cleanliness, product quality, and speed of service. Responsibilities include coaching team members, hiring and onboarding, managing shifts, monitoring inventory and sales, and ensuring compliance with safety and wage regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license to travel between units.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standards.
• Operate cash registers and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including back of house, lobby and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and ensure fair treatment of staff.
• Coach and develop team members during onboarding.
• Ensure safety, follow policies, and report issues to management and HR.
• Conduct food safety and prep audits daily.
• Monitor inventory and cash procedures, assist with scheduling.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to meet goals.
• Oversee daily inventory, deliveries, opening/closing, and staffing adjustments.
