You will step in for the Restaurant General Manager as needed, drive performance, and foster a fun, growth‑focused culture in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes training, coaching, recognition, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead efforts in recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent, supporting the GM in hiring.
• Possess strong communication skills for performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the GM on team performance and employee relations.
