CAVA is hiring an Assistant General Manager in San Diego. You will partner with the General Manager to drive store performance, oversee daily operations, inventory, and staffing, and coach Team Members to uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role in restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering strong customer service.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs and scheduling.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to food quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering and cost control to maintain profitability.
