Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Missouri to champion daily operations, coach the crew, and uphold the brand’s legendary hospitality. You’ll lead shifts, monitor quality, control costs, and ensure safety and cleanliness while delivering fast, friendly service.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll recruit and train team members, drive guest satisfaction, and partner with the General Manager to meet performance goals in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• Hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
