Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and team development, delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will coach crew, manage shifts, monitor food safety and quality, and help control labor and costs in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes leadership, dedication, and a hands-on approach to ensure consistent hospitality across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management (QSR a plus).
• People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations from front to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure fast, accurate guest experiences.
• Coach and motivate team to meet service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor and food costs for profitability.
• Address guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
