Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations, coach the crew, and deliver the brand's legendary hospitality. You’ll lead shifts, drive speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires a hands-on, people-first leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to manage labor and costs while maintaining a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• QSR experience is a plus.
• People-first leadership style.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from front to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
