Job summary

Popeyes General Manager role in Missouri leads all daily restaurant operations, driving food quality, guest service, and a safe, clean environment. You will recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team while managing inventory, labor costs, and financial performance.

We seek a strong leader with 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, excellent communication, and a proven ability to motivate staff and deliver an exceptional guest experience, including nights/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant GM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently
