Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coaching the crew, and delivering the brand’s signature hospitality. You will lead shifts, ensure quality, and drive profitability while fostering a fun, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
• People-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure speed, accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to hit service goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.
