Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience (GM/AGM preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including P&L understanding.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and uphold food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Build a positive team culture reflecting Popeyes values.
