Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences and exceptional operational performance. You will lead daily restaurant operations, supervise Team Members, and ensure adherence to food quality, safety, and cost controls.

The role requires 1–2 years in a supervisory or management capacity within hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and feedback.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive environment.
• Enhance guest experience by upholding high service standards.
