Job summary

DRG Meats LLC is seeking a General Manager for an Arby’s restaurant in Fallon, NV. You will mentor your team, drive profitability, and ensure a world-class guest experience.

You will lead staffing, training, and daily operations, focus on cost control and quality food, and partner with the Area Coach and Director of Operations.

This role requires at least 2 years of restaurant leadership, English fluency, SERV Safe certification, and a commitment to DRG’s values and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.

Responsibilities

• Team Development: Identify, train and mentor a team of high-potential individuals, empowering them to become leaders and excel in their roles.
• Operational Excellence: Striving to create world-class operations with exceptional customer service, pristine restaurants, and strong financials.
• P&L Management: Maintaining strong financial results by cost control to maximize profitability.
• Leadership: Liaison between upper management and the team with an open-door policy.
• Training & Development: Conduct ongoing training workshops and provide real-time feedback, emphasizing continuous learning.
• Culture & Values: Reinforce DRG’s culture and inclusivity, promote a fun and respectful atmosphere.
• Compliance: Enforcing adherence to company policies, procedures and local regulations.
