KBP Foods is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurant to lead people, operations, and guest experience. You will drive performance, coach teams, and prepare for future General Manager roles.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on profitability
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and keep every shift running smoothly
