Job summary

KBP Foods, owner of the KFC brand, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, train and coach the team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You’ll manage schedules, inventory, food quality, and safety while driving profitability and cost control.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work closing shifts.
• Quick-Service Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory and cash handling.
• Maintain food quality, preparation and presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guests and staff.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during shifts.
