KBP Brands, owner of a growing KFC franchise, is hiring in Ohio for an Assistant General Manager role with KBP Foods. You’ll help lead people, operations, and guest experience to drive a successful restaurant and prepare for future General Manager opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance.

• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and help keep every shift running smoothly.
