KBP Brands, extending KBP Foods’ restaurant leadership, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC location. You will lead people, operations, and guest experience, developing leadership skills and preparing for future General Manager and above-store opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, and safely using equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs with focus on performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and keep every shift running smoothly.
