Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for its KFC restaurants. You will lead and coach the team, deliver guest experiences, and manage daily operations across inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining food quality and safety standards, controlling labor and food costs, and resolving issues to ensure smooth shifts. Growth opportunities exist within the KBP organization.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to foster a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guests and staff.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift challenges.
