Responsibilities

Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from front counter to back of house.
Lead shifts with confidence - ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures.
Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
