Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, coach the crew, and deliver the brand’s legendary Southern hospitality. You’ll help lead shifts, ensure top-tier guest experiences, and foster a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor quality and safety, manage labor and food costs, and assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members while upholding Popeyes standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR preferred).
• People-first leadership style with hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Enjoys fast-paced environments and great food.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
