Qualifications

• Experience managing fitness facilities or customer-service teams.
• Ability to drive KPIs and manage staff performance.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver an exceptional member experience.
• Assist in scheduling, labor management and payroll processing; ensure policy compliance.
• Drive lead generation and member engagement to hit revenue goals.
• Oversee facility upkeep, equipment and inventory; manage budget adherence.
