Crunch Fitness Powered by JEM Wellness Brands in Naperville, IL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily club operations, drive member satisfaction, and support revenue goals.

In this full-time role, you will manage staff performance, assist in scheduling and payroll, ensure cleanliness, and oversee member engagement. CPR/AED certification is preferred; state-of-the-art fitness programs and a supportive, growth-oriented culture are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
• CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Experience managing fitness facilities or customer-service teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver an exceptional member experience and drive revenue.
• Support General Manager with scheduling, labor management, and payroll.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
• Drive lead generation and new member sales.
• Maintain compliance with Crunch policies and service standards.
