Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, the Crunch Fitness franchise operator, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily club operations, drive sales, enhance member satisfaction, and maintain a clean, welcoming facility.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will support the General Manager, recruit and coach staff, monitor KPIs, manage labor and payroll, oversee safety, and ensure service standards align with Crunch policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness facility or customer service management.
• Ability to monitor and drive KPI performance.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver an exceptional member experience and achieve revenue goals.
• Support General Manager with scheduling, payroll, and adherence to policies.
• Drive member engagement and new member acquisition while resolving service issues empathetically.
• Assist in budgeting, expense controls, and implementation of recovery plans when goals are not met.
