Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Restaurant Leadership experience in a comparable concept.
• Strong hospitality focus with energy and vision.
• Ability to build a positive team culture and community presence.
• Forecasting, inventory, and COGs awareness; P&L familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor, coaching staff and engaging guests to ensure exceptional hospitality.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency to build loyalty.
• Partner with GM to recruit, interview, hire, and retain a strong team.
• Oversee labor deployment to balance service and budget goals.
• Ensure food safety standards and inventory controls are maintained.
• Drive profitability through forecasting and responsible cost management.
