Job summary

Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with the General Manager to lead a team, drive traffic and profitability, and uphold guest-first service standards.

Essential duties include fostering an inviting culture, coaching staff, and ensuring adherence to Bojangles' systems. Compensation ranges with weekly pay, and benefits include health, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality and guest service.
• Collaborate with General Manager to drive traffic, sales and profitability.
• Maintain a customer-centric culture and operational standards.
• Uphold BoFood and BoLabor systems and processes.
• Support inventory management, safety and security standards.
• Participate in LTO life cycle training and POP deadlines.
