Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Greensboro, NC. The role leads teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality and works with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a guest-centric culture.

The position requires at least 2 years of management experience, English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a 50-hour week across varied shifts.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Bojangles' standards.
• Develop and lead a team to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.
• Uphold BoFood and BoLabor systems and processes; ensure adherence to standards and take corrective action when needed.
• Engage in inventory management and participate in LTO activation and training deadlines.
