Job summary

Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead restaurant teams and uphold our Southern Hospitality standards. You will partner with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities include leading people, managing performance, and understanding P&L impacts. The role requires 50-hour weeks, flexible scheduling, and a focus on safety and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Previous supervisory onboarding experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to bend, stand, kneel and lift 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver exceptional guest service and drive traffic, sales, and profitability.
• Establish an inviting store culture where team members feel respected and valued.
• Coach and develop team members and oversee onboarding and training.
• Ensure adherence to systems and processes and maintain safety standards.
• Manage inventory and participate in LTO activities.
