Taziki’s Café is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. This role focuses on people leadership, quality service, and a positive work environment in a fast-casual setting.

You’ll participate in hiring, training, and onboarding, with opportunities for growth across our 94 locations. The position offers a flexible full-time schedule and a path toward ownership within the growing brand.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to review and manage P&L statements (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager.
• Coach, supervise, and motivate team members.
• Maintain a positive work environment and guest service.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Monitor labor/food costs and help manage budget.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling.
