Taziki’s Café is hiring for an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager. You will supervise, coach, and motivate team members while maintaining guest service, safety, and cleanliness standards.

This leadership role offers growth opportunities within a growing brand, with flexible full-time scheduling and comprehensive training. You’ll help manage labor costs, onboarding, and ensure a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience reviewing P&L statements (preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to get a Food Manager's certification after hire.

Responsibilities

• Help lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members.
• Maintain a positive work environment and strong guest service.
• Work kitchen and service stations as needed.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Monitor P&L reports and help manage labor/food costs.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards.
