Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years management experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Strong work ethic and a passion for fresh food are essential.
• Must obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after starting.

Responsibilities

• Review store’s P&L and assist in scheduling.
• Serve guests and create meaningful connections.
• Supervise and mentor staff members.
• Support stations when needed, including kitchen work.
• Maintain Health Department Standards.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures.
