Taziki's Café is seeking a restaurant manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will oversee scheduling, cost controls, and staff development while ensuring quality and hospitality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1-3 years management experience.
• Willing to obtain Food Manager’s certification shortly after starting employment.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and computer literacy.
• Strong work ethic, passion for fresh food.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Motivated, self-driven and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing store’s P&L, assisting in scheduling, and following the GM’s direction to reach cost goals.
• Mastering menu and product knowledge.
• Serving guests and making meaningful connections.
• Being responsible for the restaurant and the team working.
• Setting the tone for the shift and giving clear directions to staff.
• Supervising and mentoring staff and managing quality crew development, motivation, training and evaluations.
• Supporting or working stations when needed (kitchen included).
• Assist the GM in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Following proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shift.
• Following proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures.
• Proper food handling and storage of food products.
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
