Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations with passion and guest focus in Prescott, AZ. You’ll support the Restaurant General Manager, coach the team, and deliver the brand’s legendary hospitality in a fast‑paced environment.

As AGM, you’ll oversee shifts, monitor food safety and quality, manage labor and costs, and hire and train new teammates while upholding Popeyes standards and a fun, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience a plus).
• Hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience managing labor and food costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations, from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
