Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in running daily operations, coaching the crew, and delivering the brand’s famed hospitality. You’ll lead shifts, ensure quality and safety, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes people leadership, training, and the ability to manage labor and costs while upholding Popeyes standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR a plus).
• People-first leadership style with hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations from front to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure speed, accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures; assist hiring and training.
